Only 3 people on staff which is the way i prefer it. Excellent service. Very caring and made sure that i was in no pain during my procedure. I waited no more than 10 minutes for each visit.

They gave me my insurance copay 2 weeks before my procedure and it was to the penny after my visit. No surprises and they did not try to sell me services that i did not need. I was very impressed with Dr Warren and his staff

I’ve had my fair share of dentistry like most, and Dr. Warren and Tiffany are an awesome team! They always tell me the cost upfront and do not give me unecessary treatments. Long story short, I am on the road to getting a pearly white smile because of this team and their recommendations! Highly recommend them!

I really hate to leave a bad review. The receptionists and dental assistants are awesome. They should really go work for a more professional dentist. The dentist on the other hand is horrible. I had a root canal and crown done last year. Not even a month later and it was bothering me. I kept contacting the dentist about the pain and discomfort. Finally he was able to see me but didn't do anything. He didn't do any xrays to see if there was a problem.

He just looked in my mouth and just said it must need more time to heal. At this point it had been about 7 months (how long does a root canal/crown take to heal) I think he was stalling so time would go by and it wouldn't be his fault anymore. Well less then a year after the procedure and the crown breaks. Maybe he could have prevented more harm had he done an xray and actually taken me seriously when I was complaining of pain. So now he's telling me I need to pay him for an implant. I asked if he was going to contribute to the costs considering the neglect on his part. He said he could glue the crown back in (not sure this is even ok) I will be getting a 2nd opinion on the way he handled it. Not only did he just "glue it in" he was shaking like a leaf and smelt like alcohol. I told the assistant that I was not comfortable with him in my mouth with sharp tools shaking like he was.

Well about a week later he sends me a letter saying I can no longer use his practice. Well the tooth is still hurting and in all crooked. I will be finding a new dentist but this one really dropped the ball. I wouldn't go here I spent $4000 or more for him to not take it seriously and mess up my teeth more. Plus he definitely smelt like booze and was shaking like crazy. I know he won't be working on my teeth or anyone I know for that matter. Hopefully this review will save others from the same issue. I will be pursuing this further

My family has been patients of Dr. Warrens for years, however his practice has changed. Today I took my mom in as a new patient for a regular cleaning. They refused, they said they could only do a deep cleaning. This has become a new thing, any excuse to do a deep clean.

They pulled that on me a few months ago & it was supper Expensive. When we first found him another dentist had tried something similar on my wife & myself. What got us to go to him in the first place was him telling my wife that deep cleans are only necessary if you are feeling discomfort. I guess he has decided that $ is more important than his ethics.
