I was not seen by Dr. Sidhu. I was seen by a woman, who was very nice, but talkative. She talked through my whole cleaning. . . as the receptionist stood in the doorway and watched/listened. I was very uncomfortable. She didn’t say the receptionist was in training or anything, she was just present, talking. I waited in the waiting room for my partner to finish.

The waiting room was cold, so I opted for sitting in my car. I told the receptionist I was leaving, and she ok. When my partner came out, they told my partner that I needed fillings, and other work done. They didn’t tell me anything. Being unprofessional is one thing, violating HIPAA laws is another. I’m the main contact. I made the appointments for my family. I have no idea why a doctor’s office would discuss my diagnosis with a member of my family, instead of me.

I am a person terrified of Dentist's! I had to have work done on my teeth before I could have major surgery. Dr. T was so kind and had so much patience with me. He extracted my teeth that I had issues with without being put to sleep. He talked to me the entire time to keep me calm. He is one awesome Dentist. Thank you so much Dr. T. ox

I've been a patient here for years and the staff and receptionist are very friendly and are good people. Dr. Sidhu is not. I had two crowns come off within months of another. Went in two days ago for a dentist (who isn't my usual dentist) to rebuild the core post so my temporary tooth will have something to hold on to. Later that day my temporary tooth which was my original permanent crown came off. I was upset. Called the office the next day and I informed Dr.

Sidhu the reason the temporary tooth won't stay on is due to the permanent crown being broken she seemed understanding enough and I had an appointment for Saturday at 1pm. I know this is one of their busiest days so I was prepared to sit for at least 30 mins. I live 35 minutes away on a good day so I felt inconvenienced about coming back for subpar work. Waited for an hour before I I decided to reschedule and was met with an attitude and indifference from Dr. Sidhu. when I wanted more information about my tooth and the dentist who worked on it. I understand she may have had a long day, but the way she looked at me was as I voiced my concerns and irritations if the matter was if to say "Get the f**k out my face. This is your problem.

I don't have time for this. Leave my office. " She seemst not know what she was talking about as she tried to set an appointment for a date I already had an appointment for. She didn't want to give me any information about why my tooth keeps popping out and redundant in response saying there wasn't enough tooth to hold said temporary. When the whole point of my Thursday appointment was to build up the core around the tooth so it COULD hold a temporary down. I tried to be understanding as she wasn't the one who worked on my tooth, but a little sympathy goes a long way. My time was wasted and she could give less than about the patients who spend their time there.
