Felt very relaxed Dr Berger was very professional and wasn’t pushed into anything I didn’t want to do at this time Also his staff was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed I’ll certainly will return to take care of the rest of my dental work And I certainly recommend Dr Berger and his staff.

I really don’t know how to truly express how grateful I am for Dr. Berger taking me on as a patient. Life choices put me in a position where my teeth were severely impacted causing cracked, broken and missing teeth. I was beyond embarrassed and extremely depressed. I have always been a people person and truly enjoyed being able to share a smile, cause sometimes that little thing could make a difference in someone’s day. I hid away because of how ugly and uncomfortable I felt. I knew I had to do something when I refused to meet my daughter’s friends and their families, so I took a chance, crying as I wrote the email to Dr. Berger’s office explaining my situation. I honestly wasn’t expecting the response that I received. Val, an absolutely amazing woman, who is the office manager sent an email that would begin the journey I’ve been working on with the team at family dentistry.

My first appointment I was full of anxiety and fear. I was the only patient in the office with the team and they were so wonderful to me. Val gently took all my X-rays and wiped my tears as they ran down my face. Dr. Berger came in to do the exam, he was very gentle and put me at ease. After thoroughly reviewing and explaining everything he came up with different treatment plans for us to go over together. I have slowly become more comfortable with talking to people and I am very certain that I will be able to enjoy smiling again like I once did. We’re still working on it but are much further than where we started. Through my visits with the team they have always been very supportive and personable. I know them on a personal level now and I am so blessed that I found such an amazing place.

I have become so comfortable with them I have a place where I can be myself and share my smile, knowing that it’s because of the work they have done. They see me and treat me as a person, not as a job. I have also brought my daughter in as a patient and they are incredible with her. My daughter has sensory issues and she is very particular on all things but Dr. Berger listens to her and understands what she needs and is very patient with her. She enjoys laughing and being overly silly with them which is wonderful because she hated the dentist until now. There will never be words good enough to describe how truly amazing Val, Dr. Berger and Alexa are.

The office is very efficiently run and everyone there is very pleasant. Dr. Berger is easy to talk to, putting his patients at ease. I have received excellent medical care and am very happy. Dee K
