I would like to share my personal experience I had with one of the staff members there. Her name is Karen and she was probably the rudest person I have ever met. Off the first conversation she had the biggest attitude I had ever seen someone have and I had done nothing to deserve such an attitude from such a thing.

I won’t even call her a person because a person wouldn’t treat another person as such. I would never call for someone to be removed from their Job but maybe she should be put at another position bc she’s clearly not a people person.

I’ve been coming here and dentists are changing all time the last 2 times I went was not a good experience last tome the staff didn’t do my crown right and this last time I went the dentist seems kind at first but then seem judgmental giving back handed comments when I was telling her my experience with my crown from the last time which it was still needing to be adjust. The staff was rushing the dentist just storm out without making sure I didn’t have any more questions.

Don’t recommend if you want professionalism and politeness.

Karen is the dental assistant who was at my appointment today, she was very sweet. Nice to conversate with, she made me feel very welcome, comfortable. I really enjoy my first appointment here and I believe it was because of Karen. Definitely schedule with her if you can!
