I have been a patient for a few years now, and while I can only speak to regular exams and cleanings, those have been truly terrific. In particular, Garan Callaway is a one-of-a-kind dental hygienist. She’s thorough, thoughtful, patient, personable, and knowledgeable.

Keeping up on cleanings has been easy because I always know that I’ll have a pleasant experience. I also have good interactions with the dentist himself and with all of the office staff. Thank you for all that you do!

I went into family dentistry today for my (6) month cleaning. Recently, I had a crown come out that was put in place nearly a decade ago. I informed my hygienist of the situation before my teeth cleaning maintenance began. She passed this information onto the dentist (Dr Patel). I thought that I would have to make a separate appointment to get the crown refit into place or have a new crown altogether. . . .

. . . After my cleaning was professionally completed, I was asked to wait for just a few minutes outside in the lobby. I was called back into another office and Dr. Patel immediately assessed the situation. He refit the crown back onto the exposed tooth in my mouth with a little augmentation to the crown. I was super impressed with the entire visit and a shout out to the entire staff as they are always super professional and very caring!! Thanks again!

This was my very first time visiting family dentistry of Milford. I was extremely impressed with the Customer Service as well as the services performed. Michelle was a person of joy to communicate with. In my opinion she went out of the way to get me seen as soon as possible. She realized that my tooth was giving me problems. She was happy that she quickly got me seen so that my pain was alleviated.

Doctor Patel was caring and did a wonderful job extracting my tooth. Afterwards he advised me how best care for my mouth for the next several days to prevent discomfort. The technician assisting Doctor Patel was helpful and reassuring as well. Her name escapes me but she was wonderful! I would recommend everyone to go there for treatment. I found the visit and service was simply outstanding !!
