Only giving two stars because the staff and assistants were very nice and patient. My 11 year old daughter had some baby teeth removed and we had a poor experience. Dr. Haraden came in and we felt he was dismissive of her anxiety surrounding the procedure. He did little to calm her and went straight to numbing her without any warning. Additionally, he did not give the medication enough time to take affect before he started extracting the teeth.

When my daughter asked him to stop, he did not, and it added to her anxiety. The doctor left after a quick examination. When the assistant further examined her, found an additional piece of her tooth that needed to be taken out. Overall a poor bedside manner which left my daughter in pain and discomfort, and both of us feeling unheard and upset.

I always get treated with care and respect at Family Dentistry of Woodstock. The hygienists are very friendly and quick. Cleanings are gentle and thorough. Dr Lee and Dr Haraden always have time to drop in for a quick chat regarding my teeth but also conversation regarding family and general well being. I have been a patient for over 20 years.

My family has been going to Family Dentistry of Woodstock for many years. Dr. Haradan and Dr. Lee are wonderful. I had my 6-month cleaning today and I met their new hygienist who was so friendly and kind. It's just always a good experience!

Professional and friendly. Personalized care. Thorough exam. Ive been with them 10 years. Dr H talks with the me and Hygienist all during procedures. Which is hard for the me who can’t answer. Dr L gets right down to business without extrinsic conversation. Since I only visit every three years it’s all good.
