I recently became a new patient and LOVED everything about this place. Staff is very communicative about everything I needed to do and know before my appt. Rhonda did an amazing job she’s was an excellent hygienist!!! 10/10 recommended. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure.

Dr. Bates is an exceptionally skilled and caring dentist. I have been getting Dental Care from him for several years and have been completely satisfied with the whole experience every time. He has done fillings and crowns with perfection and and I have never experienced any discomfort at all during any procedure including the numbing shots. His assistants are well trained and skilled also whether they are cleaning, x-raying, making a temporary crown or any other dental assisting. Today he repaired my broken tooth that cracked at the gum line and was jagged.

It all went great and I will get my permanent crown in two weeks. Lastly, I want to say that I am not easily satisfied and have very high expectations when I get any service health or otherwise. Dr. Bates and his staff exceeded all my expectations as usual and I can honestly say that my dental appointment today was a pleasant experience.
