My family and I have been going to Family Dentists for years now. We just love Dr. Parrott and his staff. They are friendly, helpful and very thorough! They offer convenient hours for those of us who cannot always get there in the middle of the day.

Our children just love the relaxed and stress free atmosphere, and so do I, since it means no fear of the dentist. Keep up the great work Family Dentists. Our family plans to continue doing business with you for generations to come!

This was my first time to the dentist in over 5 years. I was a bit nervous to go. They made me feel so comfortable and took great care of me and my teeth! Amazing and kind staff! Looking forward to my next cleaning!

This place is awful. Due to gum disease I lost my teeth and was in need of dentures. So I had them pulled and the same day Family Dentist fit me for my dentures. I saw the female dentist and I swear I must have been her 1st time fitting for dentures. I went back when they were ready and I put them in. They were TERRIBLE! They were so large that I was unable to shut my mouth. I was completely devastated knowing that I could not afford to pay out of pocket for another pair.

The dentist told me that they would fit once all of my swelling went down. I tried wearing them but I couldn't eat and they rubbed on the inside of my upper lip causing pain and eventually an infection. I went back when my swelling was gone and she made some adjustments to them and I tried them again. There was no improvement at all and I still couldn't shut my mouth. I told them this and they said that that's how they are supposed to fit and I just needed to get used to them. Well there was no getting used to them they were simply too big. They agreed to fit me for a new pair if I paid $500.

My Mom offered to pay the $500 knowing that I was unable to afford the $500. I went in and this time the male dentist did my fitting. The 2nd set was worse than the first!! I was told that I should just take them out to eat!! They refused to make a 3rd set and I had to go 5yrs without teeth due to insurance. I ended up going to an awesome dentist in Marine City who gave me a beautiful set on the first try and they didn't hurt my mouth when I wore them. You couldn't pay me enough to ever step foot in that place for as long as I live!
