I had my first exam today (24 August) since the pandemic. FFD is under new management with new dentist and staff. I give 5 stars all round for excellent service, procedures care and "attitude"! Thanks so much.I will without hesitation recommend Family First Dental to friends and family.

Appointment was scheduled and i arrived early. They do not honor their appointment times. I’ve waited over 30 mins for my daughter to get seen . I like places that actually keep their appointment times . Front desk lady told me this is a regular occurrence that happens daily. It’s a shame. If you are understaffed then that needs to be communicated to the client so that we can make appropriate accommodations for ourselves.

I know if I’m late to an appointment they will immediately tell you to reschedule or that they can’t do it since your late, what do consumers get when they are the ones not honoring the time. First and Definitely last time I’m coming to this place. I really don’t have time to make an appointment and then wait over 30 mins to be seen. I expected to make an appointment and for me to be seen around my appointment time. I bet if I got to NWDC I’ll get better service delivered.

The customer service skills here are terrible, the quality is poor and what they use as of poor quality. I’ve never been so disgusted with the front desk person and all of my life. I’ve never seen anyone at an office whether it’s a dental office or doctors office act, so unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up losing It and using profanity, as I got so upset from trying to get something done that they did poorly.

Do not Fraternize this facility, you will end up coming back wasting your time and dealing with the very disrespectful woman that works upfront. I hope this place closes. This is not a community for negative people to deal with people.
