There’s a reason why there rating is only 1.8 out of 5. They said they had to change my appointment time because dentist didn’t have. So this will be last time I go there. They could have just did appointments around it

They honestly don't even deserve a star, I had tried for weeks now to get an appointment and what a huge joke that is, I'm always 3rd in line and when they answer it's always always always the same thing call back , call back ,call back I have been told to call at 7:30 when they start answering the phones ,yup they answer all right just to tell you to call back at 8:00 or a few minutes before 8 smh 😔 😒 just to be told once again to call back the next mrng and one staff member when I told her it's basically impossible to make an appointment, her comment she didn't know what to to tell me then I hear a click , that is the rudest and most DISRESPECTFUL thing I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE , when calling to make an appointment my question is and I'm sure I won't get an answer WHY DO YOU ONLY SCHEDULE 2 APPOINTMENTS A DAY ESPECIALLY WHEN NO ONE IS EVER IN THE PARKING LOT IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC

I've always had good results with Dr Sinatra. Listens to my concerns. I recently was surprised when a dental assistant wasn't kind, which has never been an issue with any other assistants. She walked out of the room, not saying a word to me, and I passed her in the hallway as I was leaving, no eye contact but I wanted to thank her, so I said it anyway, she replied with Yep, I was shocked.

I'm chalking it up to , everyone has a bad day sometimes. I'm hoping the next encounter will be better.

Went in this morning for a dental emergency filling. They filled the wrong tooth. They filled the tooth that had a tiny chip (i didn't even notice). When I looked in the mirror at the office, they didn't even do the tooth that you could clearly see was chipped. Doctors said they don't have time and since they already filled a tooth, I have to reschedule.

That was the whole point of the emergency visit was to have that tooth fixed. Spoke to a supervisor supervisor said that I told the doctor I pointed to that tooth, but I clearly did not. She also told me I had to come back and reschedule when the whole time. I'm sitting here doing this, they could have just fixed it and been done. Went to the front to reschedule to have this tooth fixed and they can't even get me in when I need to.

I have already taken off work and used enough vacation time for the dentist and they don't even accommodate the schedule that i need. They are open till 5 but they don't take any appointments after 3! what sense does that make your last appointment should be at closer to closing. I'll be looking for a different family dentist, that's for sure. UPDATE 6/27: THEY NEVER REACHED OUT TO RESOLVE ANYTHING
