Dental is overloaded and impossible to get into. Walk ins for the day get decided from 7:30-7:45 like they only take 5 a day or something. Appointments are 60 days out, and that's as far as they'll make them anyway. Definitely a stressful experience of you are trying to fix anything pressing

The facility is very clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. They answered every question without ever making me feel like they were rushed. I was extremely anxious because I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth and a molar removed. The experience was SO much better than I expected. I'm almost 40 so I knew it was going to be difficult, but I feel so much better the day after than I ever could've hoped for. Addendum: I contacted the office the day after my procedure to inform them that a suture had come out. The on call physical said that as long as I didn't see bone it's is ok. I said that I could see bone and was told that surgeons usually put an extra suture in so not to worry. . . . . i only had one suture on the other side so this didn't make sense but I trusted them. Two days later, my pain has increased tremendously since surgery 3 days prior.

I was placed on an antibiotic and told I could be seen in the ER for pain management and that it would be easier to follow up with a local dentist, in Muskegon. The following day, I went to my dentist in town who diagnosed me with dry socket. Things have just gone downhill since then. I feel like the surgeon's don't care at all about how you do after you leave their office. I have never been in so much pain in my life. Things continued to go downhill even though I was following orders and suggestions. Friday I was seen locally again and was told that I did have signs of infection this time (after completing 5 days of antibiotics) and had to have the sockets debrided. That said to contact the surgeon because they may want to try a different antibiotic and/or see me. I left a voicemail but had no call back. Sunday, I called the emergency line because fatigue and signs of infection were continuing to increase. The on call doctor didn't even call back. I called again 6 hours later and was told that I could just come in later in the week. I explained that this is urgent and I needed to speak with the physician on call. I received a call back from the same person who had answered my calls let me know about the physician said that they cannot prescribe anything for me because I'm not a patient there.

I explain that I had my procedure there and that I had spoken to a doctor the weekend before he had sent something in for me. She just said that the doctor couldn't send something in and then not a patient there and have a good night. This has been the worst experience of my life. It has been 2 weeks since my procedure and I am completely unable to function at this point because I don't have energy to be out of bed for more than an hour or two a day. Something is very wrong and I have no idea where to go from here. This is absolutely horrible patient care. There is no care for pain management or post-op issues. Another update: It just gets more and more frustrating. I called AGAIN at the beginning of the day, 03/28/25 and left a voicemail detailing what has been happening and what is going on now and had no call back. . How is it legal to do surgery and not continue care with those patients once they walk out the door. I explained that I've seen my local dentist twice and he PCP and that all said I need to see my surgeon ASAP. This is absolutely terrible.

Terrible experience. Arrived at 6am before they opened at 7:30am. First ones to walk in the door for an emergency walk in, check in, and yet we are told to “hang on a second” and that the receptionist would get back to us with details. Yet 20 other people behind us are being seen immediately. We go back up there to confirm why we’re still waiting if we were the first in line, and even the security guard is confused why we’re still here. Not an ounce of sympathy, empathy or even a small apology for the inconvenience.

We were never checked in, and they forgot about us, plain and simple. Yet, they were absolutely condescending and rude when confronted about it. Almost like we inconvenienced them by being a patient. They instead checked us in about an hour later and told us we’d just have to wait until someone’s available. So so rude and unprofessional.

I want to thank everyone at this office! What everyone is doing here collectively is so appreciated! Everyone is positively refreshing From the ladies that answer the phones and book appointments, to the Nurses, Doctors, Dentists, Helping services, to the security at the door! The building is also very new and nice! I personally saw an employee doing a phenomenal job making sure everything was wiped down and cleaned multiple times during my visit.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind, considering this is a facility that assists so many people in need of medical services, I was able to see a doctor and a dentist very fast! The doctor and dentist were both respectful, knowledgeable, and beyond professional.

They were personable and kind and I couldn’t have asked for anything more with both appointments! I was thoroughly impressed with the care and consideration at all stops! Thank you all so very much for a great experience, the work you are doing is invaluable and so greatly appreciated!
