They only book 4 weeks out so you have to get on the phone at 8am when they open in order to get an appointment. And more than likely you won’t get an appointment. I do not understand why they don’t just book patience an appointment for six months check up to make sure they have their proper dental care. Dental care is very important because it could cause other issues in the body.

If you do get an appointment, I will say the dentist is very good with kids. I just think their system needs to be a lot better to be able to help more people and make sure they’re getting the proper dental care.

Worst experience ever I had a lower back tooth removed and I was in worse pain than when I had the tooth in and that pain was excruciating. They talked down to me like I was a child. No concern for how much pain I was in. Never going back.

Came in 20 mins before our scheduled time, checked in. Sat for an hour, asked them when my daughter should expect to be seen because she had to work. Apparently they never even bothered to check her in (probably because the ladies at the desk were too busy chatting with each other and didn't seem to know what they were doing).

Then they said because they failed to check her in they couldn't get her teeth cleaned because that compressed the dentists time too much. Let's hope they don't try to bill my insurance.

Incredibly unprofessional. In no world should a dentist/hygenist be telling a mother that she is being a terrible mom for giving her baby milk. Among many other things wrong with my wife’s visit. I will never recommend this place or take our kids there. Unacceptable! The icing on the cake is the extremely long wait to get in here. Do not waste your time folks!
