Scheduling is absurd. The scheduling staff is inconsiderate and not flexible at all, especially for urgent matters. Long wait times - once it was over 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The first appointment, I check my daughter in, sat down and realized they gave me paperwork for another patient with same name - this was after verifying all her information, DOB/address/insurance, with the receptionist.

My daughter had two teeth "built up" and both fell off within 9 months. These should have lasted for YEARS. It took over a month to get her back in to get them fixed.

They are experts at churning out appointments to get more money for one simple issue. They don't tell you what's actually going on, and if you make an appointment for a procedure, be prepared to arrive and get a cleaning instead, pushing back the procedure. It's clear then are scamming the insurance system here.

Retired, and Parent of one. "This is my most recommended place for dental care, may not be much availability so be mindful of what doctor is working with you. " I've been denied continued care for a year simply because I came down with covid at start of college, and had to miss an appointment they knew 3 days ahead of time I couldn't attend. But couldn't call back to schedule over this is BS! Not to mention it's a fraudulent scheduling system capable of making these major mistakes with or without influence.

Had to redo the same procedure 3 times just to fill one cavity, so had to go a year with it for them to wonder how it got so bad. LMAO incompetent on scheduling, and penalizing others for it.

I went there to take a hair follicle drug test. I did not wait long. There is no in door parking or underground parking or parking ramp so I had to walk in rain. Un fortunately I may not be able to pass my follicle test. I did accidentally leave my keys in waiting room and when I went back to get them they were still there so that's was nice.
