IF YOU READ ANY REVIEW AT ALL, PLEASE READ MINE. I want to preface that I’m generally very easy as a customer with low expectations to be met. I know that none of you reading this know me personally, so you have to naturally give the business a little benefit of the doubt. However, I hope that I can persuade, even just one of you, that I am of sound logic and reasonable frame of mind when discouraging you from using this business establishment for any Orthodontic needs. I’d be glad to share the details if anyone asks, but in light of boring details of my experience, I’ll just give the cliff notes version which is that there was an agreement made on price and services; as you know, there are residual visits needed for the upkeep on orthodontic services. After the first round of procedures, the details of the agreement were changed and there was zero attempt on their part to reconcile the disagreement.

I made calls to a lady in charge who was rude, who never followed-up (mentioned in someone else’s review), and who used that tone where they are listening but they know exactly what they’re going to say in return because they aren’t truly listening - yes that type of customer service associate in charge. And Yes, I could fight them in court, but let’s be honest, it’s time and money most of us can’t take on and of course Family Orthodontics knows this. I’m going to pay them and be done with it. Unfortunately, I don’t have the fortitude or long-term discipline to see this through in a way that would be much more satisfying if I took them to court. I wish I could, but what I do have is the ability to ask each of you reading this review to please consider just doing business with a different place. I can only ask that you trust me because I have run a business, and I have been in Leadership roles with customer service way long ago (it can be stressful yes) and I know what a healthy culture of customer service and serving your community should look like - but Family Orthodontics has only shown to be exercising shady business tactics once they have you signed up as a customer.

If you end up with any concerns that they don’t like or care to deal with, then just expect the cold shoulder. I’m 42 years old and I think I’ve only written 1 other review on a business before and this is my second. I don’t make a habit of putting a business on blast, however there’s a point at which you have to implore others to steer clear based on a lack of serving their community in which keeps their business thriving. This review is only loosely based on money, and more about the Principle of being descent stewards of thorough and honest information as it relates to the customers experience before and after signing up with them. I appreciate the efforts of those reading all this and hope you may consider a different Orthodontics practice.

My son, Alexander, received his braces from Family Orthodontics. Dr. George and his staff are incredible. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with my son. I highly recommend this office for your kids, especially if they are nervous about getting braces.

I love this place!! I’m a 48 year old customer and I also take both of my kids here. Diana and Stephanie are my favorites. They are both very kind and gentle and my experience with them have always been very pleasant. I highly recommend the Buford location.
