Great place for kids dental work. Great staff great dentist and dental assistants. My 2 and 5 year old come here and it’s always the best experience. My daughter who’s 2 just recently had to have dental “surgery” where they had to put her under anesthesia and in order to do the work needed to be done. All was successful and quick but done correctly.

I will be taking my kids here for as long as possible. I don’t plan on ever switching dentists. I would 100% recommend this dentist to any and all friends/family/acquaintances.

First of all I did ask permission to post these pictures. She was awesome and Amelia was so comfy and relaxed. Always look forward to the kids coming here. The dentist is so nice and full of insight on the situation at hand.

UPDATE: After posting my review, Dr. Lin personally reached out to me and explained that she provides her availability to the scheduling team well in advance. Unfortunately, it appears the repeated cancellations and communication issues were due to problems on the administrative side, not her directly. I want to clarify that I think Dr. Lin is an excellent orthodontist — she's been great with my son and we’ve always trusted her care. That said, the scheduling system at Family Orthodontics clearly needs serious improvement.

Cancellations without notice and lack of follow-up are frustrating and disruptive, especially when it impacts a child’s ongoing treatment. I truly hope they address these issues, because the clinical care is great — but the support system around it needs to match that standard. I’m extremely disappointed with the service Dr. Lin at Family Orthodontics. My son’s appointments have been canceled THREE times — once in November, again in January, and now in February. Despite my concerns being voiced to the front desk, they assured me they’d get him in quickly for February, but once again, they canceled just days before his appointment.

It’s been months since my son has been seen for a routine checkup, though they’ve been able to accommodate emergency visits like when a bracket broke or when a wire was poking him. Even those quick fixes have been difficult to get scheduled. This constant rescheduling is unacceptable, and after this third cancellation, we’ll be looking for a new orthodontist. I rarely leave reviews, but after such a poor experience, I feel compelled to warn others. I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
