Smh… my son bond appointment is scheduled for 1:30pm 3/17/2025. We been since 2:26pm waiting. I asked the receptionist what is the issue bc we been waiting since 1:30pm. She stated short staff. To better services your patient care and wellbeing. Family orthodontic need to better organize their communications, scheduling, and the care for the patients. This is unacceptable.

The people working there are highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of the ages of those they work with. Staff chose to discuss openly their opinions regarding scheduling complications/mixup and made my 11 year old child feel as if it was her fault and she was very uncomfortable.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The plan coordinator lacks professionalism. I arrived at the clinic at 9 AM, only to receive a text message notifying me that my son’s appointment had been changed to 11 AM without prior notice. This level of disorganization is unacceptable.

For the amount of money I spend at this location, I expect more respect for my time. Kids have school, and parents have work—our schedules should be valued.

I strongly advise against using this orthodontic practice. I was on a monthly payment plan and made a lump sum payment of $2,500. At the time, my balance was only $1,800. I was assured I would receive a refund for the overpayment—but I never did. I've contacted their third-party billing company, OrthoFi, multiple times. Each time, they redirected me back to the practice. I’ve sent letters, emails, made phone calls, and even visited in person, yet still no refund.

I provided clear proof from my credit card company and the patient ledger showing I overpaid, and they continue to deny or delay the refund. On top of the billing issues, my daughter has seen little to no progress with her braces. This entire experience has been a nightmare. In my opinion, they are dishonest, unprofessional, and only care about taking your money. Avoid them at all costs.
