This place is ridiculous. My child has had her braces etc done here for 3 years. Her retainer broke and they accused her of lying that she just didn’t want to wear it. Refused to order a new one until the next appointment. Confirm the appointment the day before and show up to no one being there.

They were closed and no one notified us. Left work early, wasted gas. And when I called I waited on hold forever and then was hung up on when they finally “answered”. I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else if you can!

This place is horrible, I started treatment for my son over a year ago he only had about six appointments, this year his last visit was 1/8/25 and they didn't schedule another appointment for us, we went to the office several times to try to make an appointment but it was always closed, finally I called the number on the website and explained my situation and they called the office but no one answered so they told me they would leave a message for them and get back to me, yes the next day someone called me and gave me an appointment for 3/31/24 well yesterday I had a problem very early that I thought I wouldn't make it on time so I decided to call and explain my situation to them, so the young lady that answered the call was very kind and gave me another appointment she suggested that I should try to go anyway if my situation was resolved, finally my husband arrived on time and ran with my son to the office, when I arrived with my son I explained my situation to the receptionist, to which she immediately responded rudely that if I canceled I no longer had an appointment for that day, I tried to explain to her how difficult it was to get an appointment with them, that please help me, only she looked at me dirty again, then I asked to speak to the manager or coordinator of the place, to which she immediately answered that she was busy, I told her that I could wait that she had no problem with that, she just looked at me dirty again and said to wait, I waited 25 minutes finally someone called my name, it was the coordinator Lonnie Wood, to my surprise he only told me he is here to cancel the treatment, very well let's proceed then, I just looked at my son and proceeded to continue with his decision, since it seemed disrespectful to me that he did not ask me what the problem was or what was going on, or why I asked to speak to him, I felt frustrated to see him To my son, who was as surprised as I was, we were only supposed to have a follow-up appointment for his treatment and it all ended with his treatment being cancelled.

I was confused on how to get in the building lol, but once I got in everyone was super nice and welcoming. Dr Bussie Lonnie and the staff was awesome. No braces needed at this time. Thanks guys

Had a consultation for my daughter. The staff were great and the doctor was amazing. My daughter is now excited about getting braces.
