I was scheduled for the dentist 8am. I got here just before 8 am, family care doesn’t open till 8:30am. I walked around the the dentist office door no answer. I called and called stood outside in the cold for the longest. Finally someone let me in.

It’s currently 8:26 I still haven’t been seen so I go to the window and ask the lady. . she tells me she doesn’t have my insurance so that’s why I haven’t been called back , confused on why I was sitting there for so long and if I haven’t said anything who knows how long I would of been sitting here. please do better

Rhoda Hamilton is one of the best providers I’ve been to. She has great bed-side manner, makes sure you understand everything, and takes the time to listen to your symptoms and find out what’s causing them. I highly recommend her.

I had a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my dental visit with Dr. Bernardo. I have never been so humiliated in a healthcare setting. Her approach came across as condescending rather than compassionate, which is especially troubling for patients who already struggle with dental anxiety. Throughout the appointment, I was judged for the condition of my teeth rather than supported with understanding and care.

I found the level of questioning about my personal life to be invasive and inappropriate for a medical appointment — not to mention I was prescribed the wrong dosage and the procedure wasnt even completed. I believe strongly that professionals should priotize empathy and respect. I would not recommend this woman to others and would suggest seeking care elsewhere — as, in my opinion, this woman should not be anywhere near healthcare much less a doctor.
