I missed an appointment due to a family emergency and was refused services. I was also “called” about missing the appointment but they had the wrong number in their files. Truly disgusted with their lack of empathy and I will gladly not recommend anyone to go here. I understand policy but you clearly don’t understand life. Thanks for the greasy service I did get before I got refused.

Very dissatisfied with this practice. I have insurance that pays 100% for cleanings. I pay every month for this insurance so that I can avoid the cost when I do go. Well, the dentist dropped my insurance and never let me know. Seems like at some point they could have told me.
When I brought this to their attention after I was billed they were very crude. You can't tell me that when they decide to drop an insurance carrier that it's not going to affect all their patients that have it. Very uncaring. I will be looking for another dentist.

The front wheelchair walkway was super slippery, the steps door was locked, the waiting room is bare, the floor is old and creaky. i didn't see a tv. The toilet sounds like its flooding the bathroom. Thats besides the anxiety.

I've been to this dentist several times and they've always been kind and understanding to me as an adult. But when I took my two-year-old daughter in for her first time and I started asking questions because I've never had a child before. Who's gone to the dentist and I don't know what to do as the first time parent. I felt super judged and extremely uncomfortable as the hygentist instead of simply answering my questions and helping me make sure I was on the right path.
Made me terrified that I was going to ruin my daughter and she was going to need lots of work as an adult. I will not be going back there.
