First time visiting this practice and I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and Kelly was the absolute sweetest. I'm not huge fan of dental visits but she made me feel relaxed and comfortable and explained everything to me prior to do it. The doctor was great as well. I appreciate the front desk ladies as well by providing a smooth check-in and check-out process for me.

I had a dental emergency after a failed root canal and a cracked tooth that left me in severe pain. My primary orthodontist doesn’t offer extractions, so I reached out to Fayette Family Dental, and they were able to fit me in the same day. From my initial call, Sam was incredibly attentive and helpful in getting me scheduled quickly. Khloe also assisted with my insurance and billing concerns—she was thorough, upfront, and verified my coverage, providing a clear breakdown of the costs before any procedures started. I received a 3D comprehensive exam, and it was amazing to see my teeth so clearly on screen.

They discussed not only my current issue but also future treatments, offering detailed information to help me decide which procedures would be best following my extraction. Dr. Joiner was direct and personable, giving me a clear understanding of my extraction and the work needed going forward. My hygienist was outstanding—detailed and attentive, staying with me from start to finish and addressing all of my concerns. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire visit.

I would absolutely recommend this dental office to anyone in need of quality care. I’m already planning to return to complete my follow-up work. Great team, great service!

Awesome staff and state of the art technology. It has taken me a while to find a new dentist since relocating but coming across Fayette Family Dental seems worth the wait. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant.

The place was clean and had up to date features from the check-in process to the scan they did that allows you see your teeth up on the screen, that was cool. I look forward to them helping me to maintain healthy teeth and gums! I will also be making my 19 year old an appointment.

Upon walking in, I was greeted by the whole staff. Everyone here is very nice, professional and treated me as if I was a guest in their home. This office is very clean and my hygienist Mathilda was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning today! She explained everything she was doing step by step and that was such a relief knowing exactly what’s being done. Before leaving, Dr.

Joiner performed an exam on me and he, along with all of the staff, had great energy and awesome customer service. I would highly recommend Fayette Family Dental to my friends and family, as well as anyone in need of oral care! - Tommy Da Man will be back soon for my next appointment.
