I haven’t been to the dentist in 4-6 years and was very anxious about my appointment. Dr. Marks and her team were amazing and so kind. I interacted with over 5 people from the office throughout the course of my visit and they were kind, helpful, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this dentistry and appreciate the kindness I was shown today!

The staff is nice and they do good work on your teeth. I just have a issue with the fees. If you don't pay close attention and ask a lot of questions you will be broke. The lady at the front desk tried over and over to explain the missing money to me. I appreciate her trying to help me. I I still don't understand where the $225 I spent to get my son teeth cleaned went. I know it took me a few months to bring him back . That should be still on his account. I paid for it.

. . . He only got one side cleaned. He came in last week to get a follow up idk but he didn't deep clean the other side. You can tell by looking. I still prefer a manager to talk to me about this. I still have MORE questions.

I had an emergency dental situation and Fayetteville Smiles was able to treat me that same day. Dr. Marks is highly skilled and thorough. She and her hygienist did an amazing job with the crown replacement.

They were both professional, patient, and ensured the best outcome. Vernetta, the assistant office manager, made sure I understood all my options and helped develop a great plan regarding the scope of work required. I definitely recommend!

I was referred to Fayetteville Smiles by a friend and patient of theirs and I was truly impressed I've been sharing with family and friends how please I was with my visit and everyone that I came in contact with Dr. Marks was informative, sharing great information and tips with me and answering questions I had. Ahmari, the hygienist was amazing. I call him "Dr. Ahmari". He was thorough with taking care of my cleaning. And fly Ms.

Crystal. She stepped in the room introduced, with a great smile and energy to match. Wearing her hot pink uniform and giving me my insurance coverage information. One thing that really stood out to me was the teamwork amongst the staff. They assisted one another with bringing items to one another stepping in when the other person was working on something else. Fayetteville Smiles team, thank you all very much for the great service.
