I had an appointment on 3/18/25, with Dr. Novin Pishevar to check an issue with two front teeth. He is so kind & very gentle working with my teeth during the examination. He made me feel comfortable with no dental anxiety. The staff treated me so kindly also.

He explains every step of the way, which makes me feel comfortable about what will take place with the next procedure after the results of this consultation. I recommend this office of doctors & staff to anyone who needs professional dental work or surgery with teeth & gums. They will do a good job for you.

If your someone who is scared of the dentist this is the place to go! You WILL be taken care of! The front desk staff is amazing, the dental hygienist is like your best friend, and the Dentist goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable!!! Best dental treatment I have ever received! And I’m healing great! (I had my wisdom teeth removed,deep gum cleaning, and a crown fixed) it’s my second day and I have no chipmunk face and I’m able to do things comfortably! I will be back!

I have always had really bad dental anxiety and was very nervous for my first appointment at this office. Everyone I interacted with once I arrived made me feel as comfortable as possible. Huge shout out to Tina and my doctor Novin Pishevar. Tina was the first person I talked to when walking into the office. I don't know if she could tell, but I was an anxious mess internally. She has such a kind and calming personality. I am extremely greatful that she was the first person I got to talk to at the office.

She set the tone for the rest of my visit. Doctor Pishevar did an amazing job explaining my issues, what he wanted to do to help me, and why he wanted to take that approach. I wish all doctors took the time with their patients like he did with me. Doctor Pishevar told me, 'We want make sure you have the most pleasant experience possible and make sure you are comfortable. ' The second he said those words, I immediately calmed down and felt safe in his hands. I could feel he truly cared about my case and wanted to do what he could to help. I never felt like I was just another patient he needed to quickly get through so he could move on to the next.

I don't know if this staff has gone through training to deal with anxious patients, but it sure feels like they have. I feel incredibly lucky to have Doctor Pishevar as my doctor. I will always be anxious when going to the dentist, but knowing I get to have him working on my case relaxes me so much. I wish all dental offices had staff like the staff at Featherstone.

Fee for service office. Read about fee for service before coming here. My fault for not asking when I went on a wisdom tooth extraction referral. Billing had paperwork drafted before the dentist had even looked in my mouth. Coded my extraction as surgical easily doubling my cost as a patient.

I fully expect a surprise bill for the entirely unnecessary photographs taken of my mouth. I'll be picky here and say that I'd prefer a painting of natural scenery or maybe a tv with relaxing meditation music over the drab wall of Diplomas I had to stare at while sitting in the chair. This place is a money grab. They were nice while ripping me off though.
