Considering my fear and apprehension going to the dentist due to painful experience in the past, finding Federal Way Dental Excellence I was extremely pleased and not under any duress, nor did I feel any pain during the entire process. Everyone was pleasant and caring about my visit being as comfortable as possible. I thank goodness I found this wonderful facility and the great people working there.

The work was done efficiently and completely, and I healed right away and felt 100% with my dental condition.

Beware of Deceptive Practices and Poor Dental Work! I strongly advise against trusting Federal Way Dental Excellence with your dental care. My experience, along with numerous patient reviews on social media, reveals a pattern of dishonest billing, unethical practices, rushed procedures, poor-quality dental work, and unhygienic conditions. • Dishonest Billing & Unethical Practices: Many patients, including myself, were charged for services we never agreed to or were coerced into accepting. The office refused to refund overcharges despite multiple attempts. They also billed specialist rates while employing temporary dentists whose qualifications were seriously in doubt. • Substandard Dental Work: My procedure, like many others, was performed carelessly, leading to complications, pain, and suffering. When I sought a second opinion, multiple specialists confirmed the work was done incorrectly and required costly corrections.

Despite solid evidence, the business owner denied any wrongdoing. • Review Manipulation: This office aggressively manipulates its online reputation by promoting misleading positive reviews while using threats and intimidation to remove negative ones. Despite their 4. 4-star rating on Google, dozens of 1-star reviews expose their malpractice and deceptive business practices. Their 2. 6-star rating on Yelp and the detailed complaints there further reveal the truth about this dishonest business. • High-Pressure Sales Tactics: Instead of prioritizing patient care, they focus on upselling expensive treatments and pushing unnecessary procedures.

Many patients, including myself, were pressured into treatments that ultimately caused more problems, pain, and financial burden. • Unhygienic Practices: Multiple patient reports highlight serious hygiene concerns, such as staff failing to change gloves between patients and moving between rooms without proper sanitization. These unsafe practices put patients at risk of infections and cross-contamination. I urge you to look beyond their misleading high ratings. Read the 1-star reviews—they all tell the same disturbing story. Avoid this office at all costs.

I am very happy with my new smile, I love to smile again! I have been to so many dentists, none were willing to save my teeth, all they suggested was dentures, after the fact that most of my teeth have been pulled, as an only option. I didnt think there was a dentist that cared enough to save my teeth, until I was referred to Federalway Dental excellence. Every person I have met there is very caring,and kind, but most of all, finding solutions to fit my budget so i can smile again. I have had so many bad experiences in the past, I could write a novel, listing all my awful experiences and name the dentist who did it.

My prayers came true, i finally have a dentest team i can trust. My legs dont shake anymore when i sit down on their dental chair. I truely recieve real care, i was even offered a blanket when i felt a little chilly. Another time, i actually fell asleep, during a proceedure, i have never done that before.

My friends see my improved smile, and want to switch to my dentist. I love it.
