Got my braces done by them - had a permanent retainer put in. Had it for 10 years & this past year the retainer came out & I needed it replaced. I was happy with the fact they didn’t charge me for the replacement. But my experience was sadly 2/5 stars. Dr asked me what I’ve been up to, where I work, & once I told him & it wasn’t the answer he was looking for - his energy shifted & I feel like he took it out on my teeth after the fact. He hurt my tooth he was scraping the glue off & then acted like I was a fool for moving in his chair. I told him he hurt me & dr ignored me & continued on scraping. I walked out of the office happy I got my retainer replaced but felt very disrespected & disappointed in my experience.

I won’t be coming back. Any question I had was a response like I should’ve already known the answer. Wouldn’t recommend EVER after that experience. Truly beyond disappointing. I always loved this place growing up. Now it’s complete & utter disappointment.

A year ago I wondered whether or not I was making a mistake getting braces at +50 years old. Well today was my last appointment and I couldn't be happier! Dr Fehr and his staff are SO WONDERFUL! I went with clear aligners.

It was easy and pretty much pain free and now I have straight teeth again! (I didn't even have to get those horrible plaster impressions! They do everything by scanning your teeth!) It's also helped with jaw clenching, which I didn't even realize was a problem until I started wearing the trays. I can't say enough good things about this bunch of people! THANK YOU!!

Highly recommend!! Dr. Fehr and his staff are the best. We live 45 mins from his office, but it was well worth the drive. The doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable and are able to explain everything.

They can answer any questions you have making the whole process a lot less scary. You never have to wait very long to be seen and if you have an issue between appointments they always get you in quick. Love this office!!
