I went for a new patient visit, and it did not go well. I ended up leaving after having xrays taken, despite stating my desire to skip the xrays. They stated explicitly they could not proceed with a cleaning if I did not consent to have xrays taken. Principally I had a number of issues with their patient onboarding form, despite having my records sent over. They said the form were not completed properly so they couldn't deliver care.

However they had already taken xrays, I didn't want. So all in all, by their own position they delivered care without consent, and are unable to delete the unwanted xrays due to "state law," they did not provide a citation. As a person who has reason to be familiar with HIPAA and the like, I fill out the forms to see if the care provider actually reads them before they begin treatment, in the case, they proved they don't. If that is good enough for you great, but it is not good enough for me.

My wife and I have been patients for years. We absolutely love Fells Point Dental, and now our kids (5 & 2) even enjoy going there too. It’s just a warm and welcoming environment, with fabulous staff in a nice setting.

They always make sure you’re comfortable before starting any work, and they do a great job making a dentist visit fun for the kids too. The great location and easy on-site parking is a huge bonus too. A fantastic local neighborhood business and absolutely 5 out of 5 stars!

I have been going to the practice since moving to Baltimore in 2015 and find it more difficult to deal with insurance as I've changed jobs a number of times over the years and changed coverage. It's really a shame because I like the dental hygienists and the dentists but have found it's no longer worth the hassle of being "out of network" for multiple different plans.

First time at Fells Point Dental and everyone was great! The front desk people were quick and pleasant to speak with. Emma and Dr. Anderson were so nice! Dr. Anderson, even though the location seemed busy, took the time to explain things about my care and answer all of my questions.

Emma did a great job with the cleaning, especially since I have a jaw condition that requires I rest it a lot. She was very patient and provided excellent care.
