Eric and Becah are so caring, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I cannot imagine a better dental team. I am not one who loves dental appointments and unfortunately I am in need of quite a bit of dental work. Both Eric and Becah go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and anxiety free. I can't believe this place has a 5. 0 review rating. Had an issue with some pericoronitis (gum infection above a partially erupted wisdom tooth). Called this clinic to see if trimming the extra gum tissue would be an option to prevent recurrence. Was told by the receptionist that I would need to schedule an exam to find out and that the exam would cost $130.

I agreed, thinking that even if they can't help me with the gum, I also have some cavities I'd like to get a treatment plan for. Thinking, in other words, that they were scheduling an exam of ALL of my teeth. Got there today, and it turns out that the $130 only covered them looking at the ONE tooth I told them about (which they did nothing to help with), and that to get my other teeth looked at I need to schedule another appointment and pay another exam fee. At no point was I informed of this highly irregular policy prior to my appointment. Having expressed my feelings about this to the reception person after the appointment, I was told they'd talk to the doctor about it once he gets done with the current patient and call me back.

Needless to say, they did not call me back. I'm in complete shock that, apparently, you need to ask beforehand which teeth are included in the dental exam. Hands down the most unethical dental office I've ever had the displeasure of being a client of!
