I have been a Customer of Dr Fidler's for over 20 Years. From my very first Appointment, and throughout those 20 years, Dr Fidler and her staff have been fantastic. They are very caring, always ensuring my comfort throughout any procedure or cleaning I have had performed there.

They have always taken the time to explain things to me that make it easy for me to know exactly where I am at with my Dental health. If you are looking for Dental care that is top notch, I strongly suggest you make an appointment with Dr Fidler.

I was reminiscing with some colleagues of mine about the worst dental experiences that we’ve had. And I was reminded of my experience with fiddler on the tooth back in late 90s. Vicki Fidler put a crown and filling over an abscess in my tooth - instead of referring me to an endodontist like she should’ve done. This led to an invasive bone infection in my jaw that was only corrected by a very competent endodontist in New York City. Maybe she’s improved her skills by now. I somehow doubt it.

But if you have any sort of complex dental case. Stay away from this woman. She is a cheerful incompetent and likely does not deserve your business. In fact, I’m amazed that she’s still in business It took over a decade for my jaw to heal from her incompetence. If you don’t want such a fate, heed my words and avoid fiddler on the tooth.

I’ve had dental anxiety my entire life but Fidler on the tooth has been really accommodating and sensitive to how scared I can get. Everyone is so kind and the front desk is extremely responsive and helpful when booking and taking care of insurance. HIGHLY recommend if you are scared of the dentist. They are not judgmental and respect your boundaries!
