Finger Lakes dental care feels like a part of the community, and their care matches that warmth. I’ve been going here for 6 years, and Dr. Reynolds and his team never disappoint. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a filling, they’re thorough, gentle, and take time to explain things. My kids actually look forward to visits—they love the dental-themed coloring books and the “treasure chest” after appointments.

The office has a cozy, small-town vibe, and wait times are almost non-existent. They’re great with insurance, offer flexible scheduling (even weekends!), and the hygienists remember little details, like my son’s allergy to mint. It’s dental care that feels personal—exactly what you want from a local practice.

I went in as an emergency visit. In pain. Thought I needed a filling replaced. Ended up having it pulled. My fear was calmed by the awesome bedside manner of Dr Ben and his assistant ( and a bit of nitrous oxide). Day 2, and doing great! Out of pain… thank you Dr.

Ben! By FAR, the absolute best experience I have EVER had at a dentist office, considering my fear. . AND I had a tooth pulled…. that is saying a Lot! ! Kind, knowledgeable, professional , reasonably priced, patient, and did I say kind? I would highly recommend and will be going back to see Dr. Ben!

The hygienist, Carlos, was so awesome and the Doctor herself was absolutely amazing. Both were so thorough and did such a great job. The office was able to get me in quickly and the reception staff were super kind when scheduling my appointments. I'm so glad I switched to them. Highly recommend!!
