I absolutely love Finkelmeier Orthodontics!! I have had the best experience there. Getting braces as an adult can be less than ideal. But they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The staff there are kind and very accommodating to my schedule.

Especially Rachel at the front desk. She’s always so polite and cheerful. She never gave me a hard time about rescheduling or running a few minutes late! I cannot say enough good things about Finkelmeier Orthodontics. After a frustrating and painful experience with Biggs Hanson, I made the switch, and the difference has been night and day. I originally went to Biggs Hanson for jaw pain, investing $6,000 and 18 months into treatment. Not only did my pain worsen, but the most frustrating part was that no one ever asked, “How is your jaw pain?” It became clear that patient care was not a priority there. Their approach felt impersonal, their technology seemed outdated, and I was just another number in their system.

Finkelmeier, on the other hand, has been a complete 180. From day one, they have been responsive, attentive, and truly invested in my well-being. They take the time to listen, explain treatment plans, and actually check in on how I’m feeling. The level of care and professionalism here is leagues ahead of what I experienced before. Because of my great experience, both of my kids now go to Finkelmeier, and I trust them completely with their care.

If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, don’t fall for the Biggs Hanson hype. Their process feels outdated and detached, and in my experience, they just don’t care. Switching to Finkelmeier was the best decision I could have made, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, patient-focused care.

We absolutely love this practice and have been so pleased, not only the medical care we have received, but also with the overall office. From the moment we step in, we greeted with a smile. The space is clean and inviting.

Dr. F takes his time to speak with you and all of the staff is so, so kind! We are now on our second set of braces for our three kids and plan to go back for our third child when he’s ready. I can’t recommend this practice enough!
