went in for a filling as it was the only place near me that took my insurance (30 minute drive) and saw dr. baker. as i see in other comments he sucks. went in to have a tooth looked at and within 2-3 minutes of looking into my mouth he said it needed filled and said he would do it then and there. he walked off for 20 ish minutes and came back and when he administered the novocain it was horrid. it hurt more then anything i’ve even been jabbed with.

it also barely worked. he was in my mouth for at most 7-10 minutes and he decided while he was in there to drill and fill 2 teeth. now here’s where im at post operation. in a lot of pain in my mouth. he did the filling so badly that it left a gap and i cant drink cold water or put liquid on the side of my mouth he drilled. he also accidentally drilled into my top tooth and just a few days ago PART OF MY TOOTH FELL OFF.

horrible experience. horrible dentist. and all around sketch place. for the safety of your mouth and teeth and mental. DO NOT GO.

Went here for an emergency walk in with severe pain and they pulled the wrong tooth, causing even more trauma and pain to the already affected tooth. I am now going on 3. 5 months of unbearable pain which medication is no longer helping. You would think they would prescribe you more than 4 pills (that is supposed to last you over a month), but they don’t do refills.

So they pulled the wrong tooth and have left me in excruciating pain. . do not recommend…

Why is it okay for the staff to talk to you like crap in person or over the phone but signs all over the office saying to be nice to them ? I’m confused why it’s taken three days to send a referral over ? I should have to call everyday! They cut you off and act like you don’t have a right to feel a certain why short staffed or not you treat people how you wanna be treated!

I had a few teeth that were causing me issues. I went in got X-rays done and they offered to fill them all that day so I did not have to come back. They numbed me before the shot and I felt zero pain they talked me through the whole process of what they were doing while they did it as well. Dr.pierson and his staff were all very nice and it was a very good experience! I definitely will be back!
