Tracy is the best hygienist I have ever had. My teeth feel so clean and smooth. She is such a warm, kind, patient, understanding, respectful, experienced, and talented hygienist. Dr Nick was my dentist today. He smoothed over a tooth that had been poorly repaired by a different dental office in Madison that had done a very shoddy job of it.

Dr Nick made it nice and smooth. He really took his time on it. As someone on Medicare, I very much appreciated being treated just like anyone else. That hasn't always been my experience at other dental offices. First Choice Dental Verona is definitely my new home for dental care! 🩷

This was the first time I've been treated by so many Friendly staff members! Abby was so fun and polite and Amber was so efficient and friendly. The lady that checked me in and out was very pleasant too! Keep it up First Choice!

After going here for over 3 years, I feel truly betrayed by this clinic. I started off at Sun Prairie and they were amazing with cleaning and service. I usually go every 6 months or twice a year, which is what most of the insurance covers for preventative. Last year, I moved to Verona location, and the staff transferring my future schedules booked me 3 times in a year, in Jan, Jun, and Dec. I don't really keep track of this because it still feels like 6 months apart, and I trust that my clinic knows my insurance covers cleaning twice a year, plus the Sun Prairie location was doing great for years. They recently sent me a bill for me to cover full charges of the 3rd visit in December.

I called both Verona and Sun Prairie to get help on this. Because I think it's unfair that they over booked me and sometimes during the year I would get messages saying that they moved my appointment without consulting with me. One time they kept moving me around that they ended up booked me 2 days of cleaning within the same week. I had to call in because I was confused and didn't know which day to go in. So far, they deny all responsibility. Sent email to clinic managers and they never responded.

Called in and they just said managers are not in and will let them know to call me back on a certain day, but they never called. I'm truly hurt and will be moving my business elsewhere, plus I'm telling my part and all my friends to do so or at least look out for similar mistakes their staff might make. Just unacceptable. . .

I had an excellent dental cleaning appointment with Tracy Franken. She is absolutely the best. She cares, is kind, very proficient skills at cleaning teeth, always accommodating, goes out of her way to be sure you are well taken care of by all staff. Just a wonderful experience!
