After experiencing an extended medical crisis for 2 years and many treatments in other areas, it became apparent that I needed to resume dental care. I showed up to First Impression Dental full of nerves and severe anxiety, concerned it would just be another doctor that wouldn’t take my situation seriously. Dr. Reeves, Dr. Liz, Dr. Yu, Krystle (absolutely amazing and gentle hygienist!) and staff have gone above and beyond to put me at ease, give truly excellent care, and treat my TMJ/TMD to the point of rarely experiencing that pain anymore.

As a SureSmile patient, I’ve had several office visits at this point, and they’ve all been very positive. . . no complaints. I can’t recommend this practice enough! And the sweet therapy dog is just icing on the cake. You will not be disappointed as a patient of First Impression Dental!

From the moment I first called First Impression Dental, I knew I had found something special. As someone with severe dental anxiety and PTSD from years of dismissive and inattentive care, I had avoided the dentist for far too long, convinced that judgment, discomfort, and disappointment awaited me. But Kelly at the front desk was the first sign that this place was different. Her warmth, patience, and kindness immediately put me at ease before I even stepped through the door. When I arrived, I was met with the same level of compassion and understanding. Krystal, the hygienist, and Dr. Yu were beyond exceptional taking the time to listen to my fears, explain every step, and assure me that I was in capable, caring hands. Not once did I feel rushed or judged. Instead, I was welcomed, educated, and empowered in a way I have never experienced before in a dental setting.

For the first time in my life, I believe that my smile and dental health are within reach. I have always hated my smile, and past experiences had made me feel like my goals were impossible. But after just one visit, Dr. Yu and his team restored something even more important than my confidence they gave me hope. Their expertise, gentle approach, and genuine commitment to patient care have completely changed my perception of dentistry. There is a famous quote that says, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. " And that is exactly what makes First Impression Dental stand out. This team didn’t just provide a service; they transformed my fear into trust and my dread into optimism. They are changing lives with grace, talent, and compassion, and for that, I will forever be grateful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Love this dental practice. Everyone at the office are amazing! They listen to your concerns and ensure that you are comfortable during your treatment. Crystal is fabulous! I love her approach, she is very thorough, and takes the time to explain what she is doing, and is very personable.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and has a really calming vibe, which definitely helped ease my nerves. They were so patient and explained everything clearly before starting. I really appreciated how gentle and professional they were during my cleaning.

I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend First Impression dental.
