Had an appointment scheduled for today for 8:30. Showed up at 8:45. Severe weather and road conditions were a big factor. I was coming from an hour away and was on hold to let them know that I would be late for 45 minutes of the drive. Walked in and talked to the receptionist where I told her we ran late but she went on to tell me we didn’t have an appointment today. Then after calling and showing a text of the appointment she said oh well I see the 8:30 appointment but nothing more for today.

After acting confused and asking for birthdate last name first name and still confused. Then was like would you like to reschedule. This place is a joke. Don’t take your kids their.

I have four children that were in this dentist office. One of my children had quite the dental plan scheduled. After our first procedure they refused to continue any service and told us we owed something near $3,000. We tried telling them our insurance hadn't done their part yet. It didn't matter. We had to halt any and all additional appointments for nearly four months including routine cleanings for the other children (which is fully paid by our insurance).

So final bill after insurance is only $495. 00 and over 6 cancelled appointments later. Someone in this office needs to be educated on insurance. We won't be back.

My daughter is on the autism spectrum and they work with her to ensure her dental health needs are met with kindness, compassion and they genuinely care about kids. My daughter actually gets excited about going to the dentist! Thank you to the staff at First Impressions, you all are rockstars!
