Our toddler went here for cavities on his front teeth. We did SDF but now he is saying he has pain. We brought him to our family dentist and they referred us back to a pediatric dentist. My husband had to make the appt and told them it was a referral since we didn’t get a call. For the appt they just did a cleaning and sent him on his way. My son said he fell out of the chair but they caught him.

They should prioritize safety seeing as they dont allow parents back to ensure they dont fall. I left an email since they are so difficult to get ahold of. They called back and said they are covering the bill since his last cleaning was a month prior and shouldn't have happened again. I told them our family dentist said the cavities are back and thats why he is complaining of pain. First Impressions said everything was fine at the cleaning so. .

that was wrong. I told them i wanted his teeth fixed and crowns over them so they arent painful/black from the sdf anymore. They said they would run it through and get the estimate from insurance. That was a few months ago and they ghosted us. Definitely will not be returning.

We were recommended to first impressions because our son has sensory issues and it was his first ever dentist visit. We were told that this place specialized with kids with special needs. Our son had to be held down for them to look at his teeth while he screamed and they looked at his teeth for maybe a total of 2 minutes and charged us a total of $345 for the visit.

If you have a child with special needs, I highly recommend going somewhere else. We will never be going back again.

My daughter had her first dental appointment here and was immediately excited to see a playground in the waiting room! Everyone we worked with was so kind and patient. We didn't feel rushed and they took their time letting my daughter explore the tools they'd use.

I felt they shared a lot of really great resources and I was happy to hear there is always someone on call in case of an emergency. Overall it was a great experience and my daughter walked out to the car saying, "I like my dentist!"
