This clinic robbed me of my money, I will be getting a lawyer to deal with the malpractice that is so blatantly obvious. From the receptionist to the doctors that work here.

The work ethic these people have is horrendous Dr Janice Owens and MD Asher Shazad are terrible people, along with all the other employees that work here please everyone choose another clinic and save yourself the agony of dealing with these people

My husband has been a patient under Dr Shahzad’s care for several years now, and has received excellent care and follow up. Dr is accessible and answers questions in a timely manner. His staff is always pleasant and responds to our needs. Will continue with the Dr.

I’ve been coming here for years but I’ve been a little fed up with them lately. I see Dr. Owens and she’s great, but my issue is with the office. I’ve had to be rescheduled on appointments multiple times because they’ve either double booked me or just never called me on my telehealth appointments and instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes they try to push the blame off to me, which I don’t appreciate.

I’m really understanding about mistakes but I’m not understanding about blaming me for their mistakes, just own up and we’re fine. I’ve also been frustrated that every time I need a prescription filled I have to call them and remind them to do it, sometimes it takes days to get it done. You cannot be irresponsible about someone’s medication. I don’t get that.

If this place is too busy to handle with your current staff then you need to get more staff. It’s negligent to not attend to your patients appointments and medication needs. That’s your main purpose as a primary care office.
