We love Dr Barnes and everyone! We have been there since my son was old enough to see a dentist, so about 6 Years now. Even though we moved to a Florence, we still go to them. Audra is the absolute best! She called me at 7:30 the night before our appointment to let me know they were closing due to the weather and reahdueled me right then and there.

NOT the morning of or no phone call at all, like most places do! They are prepared and always are accommodating. I could go on and on but I think you get it! They’re just great!!

I cannot say enough good about this place! We love coming here! My three year old has been seeing Dr. Victoria since she was one, my son since he was 2 & neither of them are scared of the dentist because of this place! They’re amazing & they always make sure my babies are comfortable!

Stopped for an emergency visit. I was lucky to find space in the parking lot since I'm in commercial tractor trailer. It was 130 pm , their schedule shows they close at 3:30. I called and no answer. I went up to the door and it was locked , but the lights where on. I knocked and peeked inside, and saw someone hide. I called 3 more times , looked through the glass again and they went and turned the lights off.

All I wanted was a prescription for antibiotics so I can continue driving. You should be ashamed, the person that that saw me knocking the door. I was in alot pain. And I left in alot pain , it's not easy finding a space to park a big truck and needed medicine and medical help. Bad practice on your end. Hopefully other people don't get treated like this.

Loved this place until recently. Had an appointment scheduled for last week, only to arrive to the doors locked. Called the number and was met with a voicemail saying that they were closed until 4/30 for vacation. Nobody ever called to reschedule my daughter's appointment prior to this. I left a voicemail on 4/26, understanding they would be closed through 4/30.

I still have not received a call back to get this rescheduled. Extremely unprofessional as this appointment was made back in January, so they had plenty of time to call and get it rescheduled once they decided they were going to be closing. I also made sure to double check the date on the card they had given me at our last appointment just to ensure that I was not the one who was incorrect, it clearly states 4/26/24 @ 8 AM.
