They care! Do you know how refreshing that is? They cared about my kiddos, the outcome. The dentist coached me on how to respond (and not respond) in front of my son who was getting his baby teeth pulled. They made him feel like a prince and was sure he was relaxed before this stressful procedure.

I had another son there the same day and they were supportive of me going back and forth to check on them both.

Dr. Mosoof is fantastic. She provided great care to my children. My children have been patients for years, but the office has changed over the last couple of years. There's been a complete turnover of doctors and staff. The office seems to be a bit more run down, with chairs falling apart and equipment in disarray.

The office staff has lost them my family as patients. I was sent a bill that had 3 years of history so I missed that they apparently had issues with my insurance in Jan of this year. NOBODY called me to tell me this, they simply mailed me bills asking for full payment. I made the full payment (again, I missed that the insurance hadn't paid because I assumed if that was a problem someone would CALL me). I brought my 2 children for their cleaning appointment today, they sent us back to the chairs only to come back a few minutes later and tell us they can't find my insurance. After trying to look it up on my phone (I don't manage my insurance on my phone) for 10 minutes, they said they could get started cleaning and would just charge us $199/child and then work with my insurance to get me reimbursed.

Had they called me PRIOR to the appointment, or even notified me of this issue back in January, or a couple of weeks ago when they made me reschedule this appointment, this all could've been resolved and settled BEFORE we walked in the door. They lack professionalism and wasted my entire day. Very disappointing.

We love First Smiles Dental! My kids have been coming here since we first started seeing the dentist. The whole staff is amazing and so welcoming. They make a what’s normally an uncomfortable experience extremely comfortable. The dentist is helpful, experienced and great with the kids. We recommend First Smiles to everyone.

The more more I think about the quality of care that this place has given my kids, I can't believe I didn't write this review sooner! I've been taking my children here for 4 years since we moved to the area. I just want to say that I love this place, I have one child that is autistic and actually can sit really well through all the appointments. But I have another child who is extremely sensory disorder. Like extreme!!! And every time they are so great with my daughter! She has anxiety and becomes a bit of a difficult client but the dental assistants and doctors do an amazing job helping me calm her down, explain what they are doing and quickly do what they need to do. And this is both the dental and orthodontic side.

We use both. They always have a smile while helping her and never make it seem like an issue or a problem when we are there. I can't tell you how full my heart is to have a dentist like this for my kiddo with special needs. I thought about switching to another dentist closer to my home but when I thought about it I don't think I'll ever find a staff like this who is patient loving and kind . Thank you all for being a trusted office to my kids.

I will always bring my kiddos to y'all! And also thank you being one of those offices that only do procedures that kids need. Y'all have been the best at providing the care that is actually needed and not trying to fill your pockets with unnecessary procedures. Beyond appreciated in this world 🙏
