I have a high anxiety kid afraid of dentists just because she is 10. She has always gone here from the start of her care. During an examination they found 2 baby teeth that were very loose but would not completely fall out. It was very painful for her with infections starting to take hold. She was panicking so I took her home and rescheduled. Brought her back she was ready to be out of pain but could have gone bad. I really wanted the experience to be a positive one so she knows it’s a safe place. Doctor used a needle to numb her and she didn’t even know what happened. After she was fully numbed they had them out in 15 seconds.

No pain whatsoever. Now she can be confident next time. Dr Fisher is the best. Staff went the extra mile by keeping it fun and positive giving special prizes. Very honest and is caring for his patients. His staff is equally amazing. Holly, Staci ,Brandy and Amanda are my personal favorites but they only hire the best ones.

The best dentist I have ever had! I use to be uneasy going to the dentist but Dr. Fisher and his staff made me comfortable and eased my worries everytime. Going to miss his dental work now that he is retiring. He deserves it though!! Last thing....Go Buckeyes!!!

Have been going to Dr. Fisher for years. These 2 new so called dentists are TERRIBLE. The dental tech ( or what ever ) that was filling my cavity, not only continued to drill my tooth but continued to hit the nerve. She kept crawling all over my upper body trying to fill a back tooth. ???? I had her breast, arm pit and body in my face. She also kept moving my heading foruceably back and forth and up down. Muttering I don't know how I can get to this???? Kept telling me how she worked with pediatric dental practice. I am not a child. Tell me how you want me to move my face. DON'T SHOVE IT THIS WAY AND THAT WAY.

It was a bottom tooth, there wasn't a tooth beside it. She then dropped something on the floor and was rolling around on her stool trying to find it. Once she found it, she picked it off the floor with her gloved hands and was coming back to work in my mouth. I told her to change her gloves!! Oh sure she said and changed them. I have been a RN for 45+ years. . . NEVER would that have been ok! Then they changed insurance coverage with the new dentists but failed to tell anyone. $627. 00 FOR A FILLING. There is a state law they have to inform you if they drop your insurance.

When I called to have them forwarded my x-rays the lady that answered said she didn't think the tech did that( re: gloves)????? She was calling me a lair!!! How dare her!!! Oh and top the cost she told me uhmm . . . . . . not sure its goingbto last but i dont have time to pull it today??????Run as fast as you can from these new dentists in this practice. Somebody is going to catch a disease. They need to be investigated by the ohio board of health!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN

I never leave reviews but I felt I needed too since I was treated so bad from the front office. I had been going to Dr. Fisher & Zouchary for years since I was little. I am in the health field & when Covid happened I did not get a chance to go for a few years. I called to make an appointment & right away she was rude & said you need to pay 65. 00.

I immediately said oh I'm sorry had no idea but I would be more than happy to pay it which I did with my card. I asked may I please make an appointment now for myself & son, and she said she will call me back. A week went by & she never called so I called to follow up and she rudely indicated it was policy that since I did not pay 65. 00 on time I could no longer go there. So sad even after I paid it and also I never even knew I owed it since again I never received letters and had not gone there in a few years. It's disheartening they treat patients that have been going to them for years like this! Very unprofessional.

It just goes to show they only care about money and even when you pay they treat you awful. Dr. Fisher you are great though. I called another place that is family owned & they are so sweet & got me in and my son.
