I had the worst experience here today, I am done!!!! I’ve been going to this dentist office for close to 10 years. While it was under Heard everything was lovely , but since he has retired it is not even comparable. First the male receptionist has 0 customer service skills. I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months since I was a child and I’ve never had a cleaning hurt the way my cleaning hurt today. Do not recommend. I will not be returning and if you are swayed.
