This has been an awful experience from the start. They put us on a 4 month wait list for painful issues then forgot to send xrays to insurance so had to wait 2 more months. Then every time we try to make an appointment they rush and say u should've been back sooner.

Well your the ones scheduling this not us! Then today at an emergency walk in appointment they said we have 6000 patients we can't get to everyone. And wouldn't fix the problem today after I was already there. This is ridiculous maybe don't take on 6000 ppl if you can't handle it!

The absolute best dental office. Staff is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. The hygienist is both gentle and thorough, and the dentist goes out of his way to save any and every tooth the most conservative way possible. Just make sure your on time and don’t miss your appointment cause there is a $35 missed appointment fee

I am deeply frustrated by the scheduling process for routine 6-month cleanings. I got a message today, saying I was 14 days past due for my next cleaning. Now, when I schedule, I'm going to be further past due. Not the end of the world, but I would have scheduled sooner 1) if the office would let me schedule next cleaning at the time of my last cleaning (they did not allow this) and 2) if they would notify me sooner because they won't let me schedule so far out. Please fix this process. I like this office, and their treatments are solid A+, and I'm sad that this scheduling process has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Edit: I originally left a 3-star review, but I dropped it lower due to the conversation I had with the receptionist. She was very polite and was doing exactly what she was told to do. The office informed me that there was a "bug in their system" for why I did not receive a reminder to schedule my appointment sooner; they told me they fixed the issue and now allow patients to schedule 6 months in advance. The issue is that the receptionist told me that "the doctor feels uncomfortable treating patients that leave him less than 5 star reviews" and that "they do not want to see me if I gave a negative review. " 1) I complimented the care they give when I am at the office, and 2) I don't want to work with a doctor who can not set aside his feelings over a 3-star Google review. I am a doctor and practice manager as well, and while I would ask my patients what I can do to get a better review, I would NEVER make them feel unwanted as a result of the negative review.

That is not patient centered care. Please, be better than this. Best of luck with your practice.
