I switched to Floss and Smile a couple years ago and have been very pleased ever since. Hygienist Dwanie is absolutely fantastic -- gentle, patient, highly skilled, and willing to explain what he sees and to teach me how to better care for my teeth. The front office staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr.

Townes has built a good team, and I've been pleased with her treatment as well, though fortunately I haven't needed too much of her attention. I'm well pleased with Floss and Smile, and I recommend them if you're seeking a good dentist with fantastic staff in the Alexandria area. Oh, and they have off-street parking, too.

I have visited 3 other dentists in the DMV area, before finding Dr. Townes. Her quality of care is exceptional as her expertise has been able to address every dental issue that has ever occurred with me. I always feel comfortable when visiting her office as she does a great job of educating me every time on how she will handle the dental issue. I trust her with my dental health as her professionalism and demeanor is top notch.

Her staff is helpful and they all go above and beyond to address your needs. I have been a patient of hers for almost 10 years and I highly encourage you to put your dental needs in her hands. She’s gentle, efficient, thoughtful and thorough.

We've been coming to Dr Townes for nearly eight years, and have been consistently happy with the service and quality of work. The visits are fast and conveniently scheduled. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking an excellent dentist.
