Unorganized and unprofessional. For my appt (which had to be scheduled a month out bc of THEIR SCHEDULE ), they did not have any info on my apt, asking the same questions/info I provided last time, and didn’t even process my insurance yet for what I was coming for. They called me the day prior and didn’t voice any concerns or questions via voicemail, yet still had me take off work and show up for them to be FULLY unprepared for my appointment that was scheduled over a month ago. The front desk agent did not seem to care or be apologetic whatsoever and completely wasted my time.

The first time I went, there was only one person manning the desk and caring for patients, so I extended grace. But it’s clear to me that this is the culture of the office and that’s extremely disappointing. I wanted to support a fellow black owned business, and more importantly a woman ran business, but as careless and unprofessional as that was, I dont plan to return. Anywhere a medical procedure is taking place, should be more responsible, organized, and prepared.

Can’t trust it.

This place is beautiful, clean, modern and well managed. I had no idea this was here! Decided to try a new dentist as my current one is fully booked. What an excellent turn of fate. Doc Flowers is now my Dentist. Also, love the high ceilings and large space. This is really fancy guys, love it!

Newer patient, first visit July 2024. When you think of the dentist it’s rarely a pleasant thought. But Dr. Clarke is incredible. She’s very knowledgeable, kind and patient.

I’ve never left a visit experiencing intolerable pain. The office is comforting and the staff is always pleasant. I lived less than 10 minutes away when I initially started but now that I live in Arlington, it’s never crossed my mind to change dentist. Scheduling is easy, patient plan thorough, downside is parking (hey it’s the city).

Great experience. I always give big kudos to front desk experiences and they are top notch. Dr. Clarke is thorough and thoughtful. Great dental care. I am so happy they are in the neighborhood.
