I live in Huntington & was referred to Hugh Endodontics, they don't honor my Insurance, to say the least Dr Lora Ford Endodontics in Charleston, WV does. I desperately needed a Root Canal, as I couldn't sleep for almost 2 weeks. Kristen was so nice & awesome on the phone, even called me back a few days later to rush me in due to a cancelation. I got there & absolutely 💯 fell in love with that place. Dr Lora Ford & every single employee of her staff was utmost professional, caring, helpful & courteous. The office is phenomenally clean, immaculate & is decorated like a spa.

Due to my awesome Root Canal today, I had a Crown scheduled to be done in Huntington, but I'm gonna cancel that appt & schedule it to be done by Dr Lora Ford & her PRICELESS staff. . . . . God Bless & Thank you to them for my overwhelming PHENOMENAL experience !!! This place is absolutely 💯 worth the drive !!!

Dr. Ford was amazing! She’s super nice and informative. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was OK during the entire root canal. I have a lot of anxiety with dental work but it was a great experience. I had the root canal in the last molar and I was still out within 40 minutes.

I had my first visit there today and let me tell you, the Google Reviews DO NOT LIE!!! Dr. Lora and her whole staff were absolutely amazing! Every one of them were so polite and friendly. I had a root canal done and during the whole process, Dr. Lora made sure I was comfortable and wasn't feeling anything. She stopped several times to make sure I was still good. I left there feeling like I've known the whole staff for years.

It's not often you find a great place or people like these at this office. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lora and her staff. Thank you for such a pleasant visit. 💗
