I am fully aware that I signed a contract with you, and that you incorporate advanced technology and materials in the orthodontic field. However, I must express my disappointment in the lack of professionalism I have experienced during this challenging time. I reached out on 12/2/24 at 2:53pm due to concerns about my teeth and the investment I have made, but the level of professionalism I encountered was far below what is advertised on your website. Your receptionist bluntly stated that she could not assist me and abruptly ended the call. Response to Dr. Razdolsky I am deeply let down by the response I received, as it fails to address my legitimate concerns and appears to reveal details of my personal treatment history in a public manner that I find unprofessional and unjust. I had placed my trust in your practice to deliver on the promises made to me, but unfortunately, the results have fallen short of my expectations. While you mentioned that there was informed consent regarding the possibility of IPR( I do not recall signing a document stating such), it is important to highlight that this was not initially part of the treatment plan nor something I had expected to encounter. Despite diligently following your instructions, including wearing my retainer as instructed, the results have not aligned with the expectations that were set. I also feel that my attempts to express my dissatisfaction have been met with responses that seem to disregard my experience rather than address the concerns raised. Rather than acknowledging and addressing my issues, the tone and approach of your practice have left me feeling unheard, resulting in further disappointment. I hope that you will take into account the impact this experience has had on me as a patient and seriously consider this feedback to ensure that future patients are treated with the RESPECT and TRANSPARENCY they deserve.

I paid you $6,800 in FULL. Of course you're going to dismiss my concerns. ORGINAL REVIEW: I am utterly dismayed and disillusioned with my visit to Dr. Yan Razdolsky. Despite his assurances of a flawless smile, the results of my braces treatment have left me feeling dejected. My lower teeth are now slanted and unsightly. What exacerbates my disappointment is that I had informed Dr. Yan Razdolsky that other professionals had recommended jaw therapy or surgery prior to orthodontic treatment. The only reason I chose to proceed with braces under Dr. Yan Razdolsky care was his assurance that I could achieve a beautiful smile without the need for any additional procedures. During the treatment, I experienced headaches due to the Forsus procedure he used to move my jaw. To add to my frustration, Dr.

Razdolsky wife called me to discuss the next steps, initially speaking kindly and pleasantly. However, when I expressed my discomfort with proceeding with an IPR (a procedure to shave down teeth), her tone shifted to being passive-aggressive. She repeatedly insisted that Dr. Razdolsky knew best, despite my concerns. This experience only reinforced my lack of trust in the office and their recommendations. I truly wish the doctor had been more upfront about what I could realistically expect from the treatment. Instead, I feel like they promised me an outcome that they couldn’t deliver, just to secure my business. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this office, as I feel misled and deeply disappointed with the final results. While I’m not angry, I do feel robbed of both time and money, and I just wish I had been given honest advice from the start.

I recently took my niece to Forever Smiles Ortho Clinic, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient, making sure she felt comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, even in a way my niece could understand. I was very happy with the care we received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality braces options.

I enjoyed the experience so much that I came back to review the braces options for myself :). Would highly recommend.
