These folks have earned a five star review from me. I’d give them a ten if I could really they are pretty awesome. Finally I found a whole team of professionals who cares about others teeth with their priority being to save the tooth instead of pulling it. A person doesn’t have to have a bunch of credentials behind their name to be a professional they just have to show love for the job they choose by putting warm and inviting vibes in the work place and that’s what I felt at this office as soon as I walked in starting with the professional receptionist.

I’m patient but i didn’t have to wait to be seen they were prompt and respectful of our appointment time. The office is very clean and relaxing. They have an hygienist too which seems to be a thing of the past in the dental office these days and since I hadn’t been seen by a real one in a while she was kind enough to do the extra scrapping the I needed. I’m happy that I chose Forward Dental you will be too !!!! As far as some of the other reviews….

. when you go grocery shopping you pay before leaving the store with your groceries, when you get your nails done or a haircut you pay for your service before leaving. If your insurance isn’t in forward Dental Network then you’ll have to purchase a dental plan that covers decent Dental Offices.

If I could give them zero stars I would and this is solely based on customer service. The Dentist, Dental hygienist, and front desk staff are great. The problem with this office is the billing staff Mindy and the office manager Breanna. There have been issue after issue with submitting my claim information to the insurance company after the patient portion was already paid. I tried to help them recoup funds from the insurance company and requested information to submit the claims myself but they were very disrespectful and rude. The poorest customer service I’ve ever received.

The office manager was upset because I hung up on her due to her lack of customer service and inability to properly deescalate a concern with a very simple issue. She then left a vm dismissing me from services and accused me of being irate but clearly I hung up to disengage with her and her poor behavior. I hope those calls were recorded b/c I will be escalating further. Updated- After initially posting a review on Google I received another call from Breanna (Bre) today 5/30. I spoke to her calmly and she continued to escalate in her tone throughout the conversation to the point where she kept cutting me off and would not allow me to speak. Again very unprofessional.

I repeatedly asked for corporate number with no response until she hung up on me. Very disappointing experience. Bre has no customer service skill and should not be a manager. It’s clear that her poor service is reflected in how her other staff treat customers. I have requested that she does not contact me ever again and that a regional manager contact me to further assist.

Great experience! Like many, I haven’t had the best experiences at dentists, but (almost - as much as one can?) enjoyed my visit with this team. After not going for too long, I recently visited this location. The reception team was warm and friendly. The hygienist was very personable, thorough, and delivered a painless service. She obviously enjoyed her work and caring for patients! The team was very transparent about any potential costs and got my sign off before moving forward with even scans or cleaning.

They even called my insurance prior to anything to ensure I had the exact out pocket expenses and had no surprised. Dr. T made recommendations for future services without any pressure or judgement. Overall, this was the best dental office I have ever received care at. I have already recommended to family and colleagues!
