I’ve been going here two years now. The staff are super nice and helpful. The only reason why they don’t get a lower rating. I go twice a year. One time they were 20 minutes late to get me in and had to use more PTO to accommodate them.

Twice now they’ve had to reschedule on me. I’ve only had 1 out of 4 appointments that have gone by without complications. Look for a larger company to go to instead.

All of the staff members are both professional and nice. I've never had a billing issue, long wait time or any other problem of note. Dr. J is very kind and she and the hygienist do a great job of explaining procedures and checking in to make sure you're comfortable.

My experience was very welcoming. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable there and accommodating. Dr. J is very sweet, gentle and down to earth and also extremely welcoming.

The dentist has always given me great anxiety and fear since I was a child, I used to be very good at hiding from my mother, and it hasn’t gotten any better or easier for me now that I am an adult and 54 yrs old. Dr. J made me feel very calm and relaxed while I was there. 💜
