Hygienist, dentist, front desk no issues. Billing is a constant issue over the 8 years I have be going to Forward Dental Glendale. As ALWAYS went to pay off my bill and the balance has changed in the 3 weeks since my last bill (without additional visits). It has increased by $97. 60.

Doesn't matter, I can never get a 0 balance, I was working with Kai , their office manager, for the past 6 month to get a "true" balance. Called to schedule an appointment with her for an update and was told she is no longer works there and they do not have a replacement for an Office Manager. Also, one cannot seem to get anyone to answer the phone, it rings and rings and then goes to voice mail in which no returns the phone call after leaving a message.

The office is clean and bright and quiet and relaxing. The employees are nice and respectful and professional. And I love my hygienist. And I really like my doctor. Other of them are very nice.

And they take my unique circumstances into Account. I know, why the doctor wants to put a crown on two of my teeth that are broken, but I don’t know why he wants to put the other two crowns in my mouth. So I need that explained to me.
