You’re reading this because you searching for a GOOD dentist. GREAT! Dr. Hitzeman doesn’t just provide you treatment- she cares, her staff cares and it truly makes all the difference. There is no judgement in this office, I feel comfortable and have complete trust in the care Dr.

Hitzeman provides. The support the whole office provides to patients is exceptional, from scheduling to after hour emergencies Dr. Hitzeman has been there and CARED about me as patient- when you have an issue come up and are in pain it’s scary and you want someone to trust and to help, that is exactly what you will get. Not only treatment but CARE!

I was not trembling even once even though I was more nervous than any amount of words could ever describe. Everyone there is incredibly nice. They LISTEN to you, they TALK to you, they are more than willing to do whatever it takes for you to have the courage to be there. I could go on for hours about this. This has to be the nicest dental office I have ever been to in my entire lifetime.

I would stay away from Forward Health. They schedule you for appointments but don’t do the work you’re scheduled for or cancel them without letting you know. Scheduled a cleaning, went in only took X-rays. They should’ve had mine. Then had to schedule another appointment for a cleaning, they only did half my mouth. So another appointment for a cleaning. Keep in mind all this was run through insurance and I paid my co insurance. Was having a tooth pulled and impressions for partials upper and lower. Had to schedule another appointment for 3 weeks later for a fitting. They called asking me to come in an hour later, which I did but they could’ve told me the lower partial impression needed to be redone. Had to wait another three weeks for the fitting of the partial which turned out only to be the lower when I thought I was getting both upper and lower!! So had my appointment set for a fitting but they called me earlier to see if I wanted to come in at an earlier date. That date didn’t work for me so kept my appointment for the original date a few days later.

Went in for my appointment, guess what my partial plate didn’t come in!! No call. But they asked if I had Cellcom, which I do so they blamed it on the Cellcom outage. The outage was over and I did get that call a few days earlier to see if I wanted an earlier day, also I was getting calls from other non-Cellcom customers. Anyway who calls you to come in days earlier when they didn’t have the plates??? So when it came in, it was only the lower!!! Dentist said we can do both. On her tray she did have an upper and lower but without a doubt that upper was not mine. So they were going to do an expedited order, which they would pay for the rush fee. Made an appointment before I left, dentist standing right there as the appointment was scheduled another 3 weeks out but was put on a wait list because it should’ve been in earlier. Remember they were expediting the order. That never happened.  Went to the appointment for another fitting for my upper and lower today. Guess what someone canceled my appointment by mistake!!! After waiting to find out what was going on the receptionist comes back saying she has good and bad news. The upper impression has to be remade, nothing said about the lower but if I waited they could fit me in.

Wait I had an appointment, I took time off of work My insurance has already paid for the partial plates, I paid my co pay. I have nothing. Plus I have a tooth that has been hurting since my cleaning. I walked out today because I was so mad. I left my other dentist because I thought their service was bad. My experience here is ten times worse. So if you want bad service, no communication with the patient go to Forward Dental, otherwise run away. Also after I walked out today because I wasn’t going to wait for them to fit me in, the decent thing would’ve been to call me, but no no call whatsoever. They have my insurance money, my money, I am missing teeth and nothing to show except missing teeth. This whole thing started in March.
