The hygienist I had was very rough on my teeth and made my gums bleed, and I told her that I had a tap on my front tooth that she kept picking at it thinking that it was black and then she kept smashing my glasses into my face, I will not be bringing my children to this place and I will be finding a new Dentist

I've had great appointments at this practice and also really not so great appointments. It seems that every appointment you're going to have a different hygienist and DDS, which is probably fine for a lot of people, but makes the experience difficult for me. My most recent appointment the hygienist didn't speak during the cleaning to communicate anything they were doing, which was unnerving. At one point they were taking images of my teeth with some sort of wand apparatus and they essentially just jammed it into my mouth without a word. Their knuckle was pressed into my gums and causing quite a bit of pain and I had to push them away so that I could tell them that it hurt.

They then resumed what they were doing without changing the approach. My last two appointments prior to this one had gone really well, so I was unprepared for this experience. I am not planning to go back due to the inconsistent experiences.

This was the worst dental experience I ever had. I came in under their "Problem Specific" category which I assumed meant they would fix this one specific problem - receding gums. I was wrong. I was fully aware I'd have cavities considering I haven't seen a dentist in a year (lost my insurance), and I do have my wisdom teeth coming in. I assumed I could get this gum issue taken care of now and when I get home I'll look into dental plans to get the rest taken care of.

They completely ignored my request and would not stop talking to me about the cavities and wisdoms. They refused to do the work I came in for, at most they would give me a cleaning but nothing else. I didn't get ANY treatment here other than the doctor making the RUDEST comments about my teeth. I have never done drugs my entire life and he asked me that - telling me that my teeth are the condition of a drug addict or someone from a 3rd world country. NONE of my teeth are rotted or missing.

Just cavities and plaque buildup. The rudest place I've ever attended for not getting anything out of it. They definitely noticed I wasn't happy too, because they suddenly knocked down most of the bill when I decided to leave.

It was a good experience for me. I have a fear of going to the dentist. They were gentle and did not hurt me in any way. Made me feel comfortable in all ways. Thanks for the great chair side manner.
