I went their as a new patient they informed me they could not help me with my problem so they found me a different office that took my insurance and could do the procedure I needed they were very nice and professional

I was so excited when I found this place and felt like I didn’t have to keep looking for a dentist anymore. Everyone was so kind and caring my daughter and I were able to get appointments together for our initial visits and that was so convenient. My daughter’s hygienist came over to talk to me and told me that sealants were covered by her insurance and asked if I wanted to have them done, I said sure, if they are covered! So she did them and months later I received a bill for over $400. I thought I could trust them and I had a good feeling about them and then the response was you signed the paperwork so you owe us.

I would absolutely not have had them done if It was explained to me that there was a possibility that I would have to pay for them. I’m sad now because I really liked my service and how they made me feel comfortable but I don’t trust them anymore because of the surprise bill that I just can’t afford. I’m probably not going to go back.

Not a positive experience. This is not my regular dentist office. I needed an xray and prescription for an antibiotic for a toothache. The xray was an experience because i was in a wheelchair.

The prescription was decided on at 10:00am but my pharmacy didn't receive the prescription until after 4:00pm. It also didn't have directions on how to dispense the pills. Not a experience I will have again.

My appointment was on schedule. I’ve recently had surgery and the group at for dental made sure I was comfortable in the chair as they did their work on me. Everything worked out very well.
